This resort is truly stunning, with beautifully landscaped grounds and a luxurious ambiance that makes for a relaxing getaway. However, some service aspects need improvement, particularly during the check-in process and restaurant management. While the dining options were delicious, the pricing felt steep, leading to mixed feelings overall about the value for money.

Service started a bit rocky at check-in, with the front desk overwhelmed, but some staff, like Rafael, were fantastic and accommodating when we requested a room change. Overall, the service was attentive but could use better coordination.

I recently stayed at this resort and it had its ups and downs. While the location was stunning with beautiful views and great beach access, the crowded atmosphere and slow service really put a damper on my experience. The dining options were enjoyable, but I did feel some items were overpriced. Overall, it's a beautiful place with potential, but improvements in service and organization are necessary for me to recommend it fully.
